EXTENSION & ADDITION / WELLINGTON REGION
Space to breathe in the heart of the city.
A considered addition that delivers privacy, warmth and a stronger indoor–outdoor connection.
Tight site access required detailed logistics and early coordination with neighbouring properties. We paired a resilient new structure with discreet connections to the original building.
THE OUTCOME
Thoughtful work. Lasting impact.
The finished courtyard feels like a natural continuation of the house rather than an afterthought.
Our focus throughout the project was simple: deliver carefully considered construction, communicate with clarity and respect every element of the design.
