ARCHITECTURAL NEW BUILD / WELLINGTON REGION
A generous hillside retreat designed for the changing light and seasons of the Kāpiti Coast.
A sculptural timber home built around its commanding outlook and the simple pleasure of gathering together.
The difficult sloping site called for carefully sequenced foundation works, thoughtful drainage and an exacting approach to glazing. Our team worked closely with the design consultants to bring every line and junction together.
THE OUTCOME
Thoughtful work. Lasting impact.
Natural timber, sheltered courtyards and quiet interiors create a home that feels immediately connected to the land.
Our focus throughout the project was simple: deliver carefully considered construction, communicate with clarity and respect every element of the design.
