COASTAL REBUILD / WELLINGTON REGION
A durable, beautiful home made for life beside the sea.
A comprehensive renewal shaped by the realities of a demanding coastal environment.
A full assessment of the existing envelope informed robust weathertightness repairs, new cladding and a carefully upgraded thermal layer.
THE OUTCOME
Thoughtful work. Lasting impact.
The transformation pairs elegant detailing with resilience and peace of mind.
Our focus throughout the project was simple: deliver carefully considered construction, communicate with clarity and respect every element of the design.
