HIGH-PERFORMANCE HOME / WELLINGTON REGION
A quieter, healthier way to live on Wellington’s harbour edge.
An ambitious low-energy home balancing rigorous building science with relaxed coastal living.
Continuous insulation, high-performance glazing and meticulous airtight detailing were coordinated from the earliest design meetings. The construction sequence protected the envelope while keeping the architecture uncompromised.
THE OUTCOME
Thoughtful work. Lasting impact.
The result is a calm and exceptionally comfortable family home with reduced demand for mechanical heating.
Our focus throughout the project was simple: deliver carefully considered construction, communicate with clarity and respect every element of the design.
