RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION / WELLINGTON REGION
A classic family address transformed for the next chapter.
Preserving the character of a beloved home while creating space for an active modern family.
We reorganised the main living spaces, improved insulation and replaced tired joinery, coordinating the work in stages to respect the surrounding neighbourhood.
THE OUTCOME
Thoughtful work. Lasting impact.
Sunlight now reaches deep into the open-plan spaces, with new connections to the garden.
Our focus throughout the project was simple: deliver carefully considered construction, communicate with clarity and respect every element of the design.
