CIVIC CONSTRUCTION / WELLINGTON REGION
A welcoming new setting for local connection.
Carefully managed construction for a community building with many users and needs.
We partnered with the design and facilities teams to sequence building works, improve accessibility and provide robust low-maintenance spaces.
THE OUTCOME
Thoughtful work. Lasting impact.
A practical and uplifting community facility for people of all ages.
Our focus throughout the project was simple: deliver carefully considered construction, communicate with clarity and respect every element of the design.
